BMTserve™ lets you view your patient data your way.

• The Calendar view is a monthly overview of a patient’s therapies, complications, procedures, and other events. View detailed information for any day, including lab results, and clinic visit details.
• The Detail view lets you edit your patient data using specialized data-entry windows.
• The Flow-Sheet view is a user-definable summary of a patient’s therapies, lab test results and your user defined fields. You can view the flowsheet in graph form with one simple click.
• The Group view quickly identifies patients by physician, protocol, or location.
• The report menu generates formatted reports, including daily or monthly summary reports.

Manage Therapies
Use BMTserve™ to record all your patient’s therapies.

• Regimen Manager.  Create and maintain libraries of standard drug regimens. The regimen manager assists with protocol adherence while eliminating the need for repetitive data entry.
• Treatment Schedules.  Generate current medication reports or treatment schedule reports with planned dates, drugs, and dosages.

Track Donors

• Correlate donor and patient data. Maintain a list of several potential donors and compare donor and patient lab tests on-screen or generate transplant summary reports with full donor information.
• Document all harvests. Record detailed harvest information including cell counts at harvest, processing, cryopreservation, and infusion.
• Coordinate with the lab. Cell processing data entered in StemLab™ automatically appears in BMTserve™, reducing costly duplicate data entry while simplifying the identification of available products.

Record Complications
BMTserve™ makes it easy to record all your patients’ complications including detailed site, grade, and stage information.

• GVHD. BMTserve™ includes specialized windows for both Acute and Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease assessments.
• Complication Summaries.  Produce detailed complication summaries and regimen related toxicities including related treatments and procedures. Relate each complication to treatment or cause.

Integrated Analysis
Generate statistical analysis results based upon your BMTserve™ database quickly and easily.

• Survival Analyses. Generate results including Kaplan Meier curves to support your outcome analyses.
• Cross-Tabulations. Produce stacked bar charts to correlate diagnoses with transplant procedures.

Customize to Meet Changing Needs
You can customize the values that you use to classify your patient data.

• Validation. Data entry personnel must select from a validation list when recording patient and product data, ensuring that your data is recorded and reported consistently and accurately. Authorized users can easily edit your institution’s list of valid diagnoses, laboratory tests, medications and more. Use the values provided (based on the CIBMTR definitions) or adopt unique hospital standards. 
• Growth. If your unique needs require additional data entry fields, you can create as many User Defined Fields as you like, and you can update your validation lists or create new User Defined Fields whenever you like - no programmer or technical support is required.
